Role overview

This position is for a full-time, on-site role with Domino's in Minersville, near Pottsville, PA. The job centers on running store operations, handling customer orders, preparing products, and supporting delivery activity while maintaining cleanliness and accurate paperwork.

Core duties

• Keep equipment in working use and operate all required store machines.
• Move ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare menu items and product as needed.
• Answer telephone orders and process them accurately.
• Count stock, complete inventory paperwork, and handle related records.
• Clean equipment and the facility on a roughly daily basis.
• Deliver orders by car to customers and bring them to the door.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as part of local outreach.

Order handling and communication

The role requires strong math ability for quick and accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including making correct cash change. It also calls for clear verbal, written, and phone communication to take and process orders with customers and co-workers, both by phone and in person.

Technical and physical requirements

Candidates should be comfortable entering orders on a computer keyboard or touch screen. The job also needs good hand-eye coordination for fast and precise movements, plus the ability to understand written instructions. Delivery work requires map-reading and navigation skills to find addresses within the assigned area, including challenging terrain such as multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery locations while carrying product.
