Job description

Role overview

This position supports food-processing operations by handling packaging, tidying work areas, and carrying out basic production-line tasks.

The opening exists because of an existing headcount requirement.

The hourly pay rate is $18.90.

Key duties

  • Load cartons into processing equipment.
  • Inspect and measure raw materials or finished product.
  • Pack product by hand into bags, cartons, or other containers.
  • Take completed cartons off the conveyor and stack them on pallets.
  • Review products and packaging for straightforward quality issues.
  • Carry out other tasks as needed.

Work schedule

Availability is required for full-time hours from Monday to Friday, plus some Saturdays when overtime is needed. Some assignments follow a 10-hour schedule across 4 days per week, with days varying between Monday and Saturday.

Shifts are available during the day, afternoon, and evening, and shifts do not rotate. Afternoon and night shift premiums may apply. Overtime may also be available.
