About the Company

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive planning aspects of the game including building, iterating, and enhancing core gameplay elements such as combat systems, character development, levels, battles, and game metrics.
- Utilize numerical design strategies aligned with business goals to improve player retention and payment conversion rates, thereby driving project profitability.
- Monitor industry and worldwide gaming trends and continually refine the user experience by incorporating player feedback.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience in developing mobile games from concept to launch (0 to 1), preferably with background in numerical game design, especially in card-based RPGs.
- Proven track record of involvement in successful, profitable projects with understanding of commercial monetization mechanics.
- Logical thinker with strong learning capabilities, adept in cross-departmental communication and coordination.
- Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English are highly preferred.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a dynamic start-up environment.
