About the Role

Aristocrat is seeking a talented Game Designer to join their HRG studios in Brookvale, New South Wales. This role is pivotal in creating innovative and engaging games that appeal to a global audience. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on developing world-class gaming experiences, with a specific emphasis on mathematics for Class 3 Casino Games for Australian and international markets. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and contribute to globally recognized, successful products, directly influencing player engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive calculations for game math models, including return-to-player percentages, hit frequencies, and standard deviations.
  • Utilize programming tools to validate and analyze mathematical models.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow Game Designers and Mathematicians to generate new concepts, review game performance, and enhance ongoing projects.
  • Perform peer reviews of math models and documentation created by colleagues.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in mathematics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Programming skills are advantageous, with C++ being a preferred language.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Show a capacity for effective teamwork.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Eligibility
