About the role
The Brick is looking to add motivated members to its fleet team for a Furniture/Appliance Delivery Driver position in Saudi Arabia. This role suits someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in putting customers first, and is comfortable with a physically demanding job. You will report to the Operations Manager and be part of a customer-focused team in a retail environment that supports career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Check, organize, and load merchandise before departure.
- Carry out the required pre-trip inspection of the vehicle.
- Deliver furniture and appliances into customers’ homes, assemble items when needed, and ensure items arrive without damage.
- Provide in-home customer service, including settling customer accounts.
- Maintain delivery records and confirm delivery completion.
- Track mileage, fuel expenses, and any issues encountered during routes.
- Complete driver check-in procedures and verify merchandise and invoicing details.
What we’re looking for
- Prior delivery experience is considered an advantage.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required; a graduated license is not acceptable.
- A current driver’s abstract must be available.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry items weighing more than 50 lbs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check arranged by The Brick.
