Your primary role will involve providing outstanding client service, cultivating robust relationships with in-store customers, and contributing to the growth of the APM brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to engage clients and build brand loyalty.
• Contribute to the growth of the APM brand through strong client relationship management.
• Manage store operations effectively and independently.
• Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
• Achieve and maintain outstanding sales performance and customer retention (CR).

Requirements

• A genuine passion for the APM Monaco brand.
• A minimum of one year's experience in luxury or fashion retail environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales performance and customer retention.
• Capability to independently manage store operations and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to work.
• An approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
• Availability to start immediately is advantageous.
