Role Summary

The Educator position is central to the success of the store. This role is responsible for delivering a premium guest experience, building genuine connections with customers, and providing clear, helpful product education while representing the brand’s community and culture with authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

Guest experience

  • Engage with guests in a way that respects their time and supports a positive store visit.
  • Identify guest needs and offer tailored help with purchases, returns, and other support.
  • Explain product features, performance, and benefits in a clear and technical way.
  • Handle transactions accurately and on time, and support omnichannel services such as buy online/pick up in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store options in line with company standards.
  • Stay active on the sales floor to help guests and respond to store needs throughout the shift.
  • Collect guest feedback and work with store leaders to resolve issues and improve the experience.

Team collaboration

  • Help build an inclusive, respectful team culture that values differences and creates a welcoming environment.
  • Develop positive, supportive working relationships with all team members.
  • Partner with coworkers to deliver an excellent guest experience and keep store operations running smoothly.

Operations

  • Keep merchandise presentation standards in place by restocking, re-placing, moving, or removing product as needed.
  • Use store technology to support operations and improve the guest experience.
  • Complete cleaning tasks during the shift to maintain the store’s premium environment.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures to help maintain a safe workplace.
  • Carry out duties in line with all applicable company policies, procedures, and laws.

Requirements

  • Must be legally allowed to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store using personal transportation.
  • Must be available for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be comfortable working in bright lighting and loud music.
  • Must be able to spend most of the shift moving around the store to assist guests and complete tasks.
  • Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Must be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range is $19.25 to $22.15 per hour, subject to local minimum wage requirements. The target bonus is $2.00 per hour, bringing the total target base pay range to $21.25 to $24.15 per hour. Pay is determined using a pay-for-performance approach and may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive a competitive bonus program.
