Bli Bli Hotel is seeking another skilled Chef to become part of its kitchen crew. The role sits in a lively, welcoming workplace led by a committed Head Chef and a team that works closely together in a family-style culture. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work across a busy commercial kitchen, preparing food from a range of cuisines and styles. The position calls for someone who can consistently produce modern, high-quality dishes and confidently manage their own kitchen section during service.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving setting. You should be comfortable working within a rotating roster, communicate clearly, and take pride in both food quality and personal presentation.
Additional Details
This is a full-time role requiring approximately 38 hours per week. Work is spread across a seven-day operation, with five working days each week and a rotating schedule from Monday through Sunday.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have chef qualifications or equivalent trade experience, along with the ability to maintain hygiene standards, communicate effectively, and deliver excellent customer-focused service. A flexible attitude and a professional approach are essential.

- Strong focus on food presentation and quality control
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene compliance and best practices
