Job Overview

We seek a Full Stack Developer specializing in AI-native applications, proficient in technologies such as .NET Core, Python, Ionic, and React. The primary role involves designing and maintaining enterprise-level web and hybrid mobile apps, integrating AI capabilities directly into the development process and products. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to convert design specifications into efficient, high-quality, secure software and promote AI-enhanced engineering practices to boost both product functionality and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and deploy full-stack web and hybrid mobile applications using .NET Core for backend/APIs, Python, React, and Ionic for front-end development.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Implement AI and machine learning-driven features like intelligent search, recommendation engines, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
• Advance AI-native engineering through Large Language Model (LLM) integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent development, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
• Translate business challenges into AI-powered product features beyond simply consuming AI APIs.
• Work hands-on with semantic search, vector embeddings, knowledge retrieval, context management, hallucination reduction, observability, and monitoring for AI applications.
• Build scalable, enterprise-class AI applications incorporating governance and data security principles.
• Ensure end-to-end AI feature lifecycle management including design, deployment, performance tuning, cost management, and robust monitoring.
• Adhere to clean coding standards with modular, documented, testable code implementing secure software development lifecycle practices.
• Participate actively in code reviews, unit and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Operate within CI/CD pipelines and contribute to branching and release strategies.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, quality assurance, DevOps, and product teams to deliver timely features with minimal defects.
• Optimize applications for performance across web and Ionic hybrid mobile platforms.
• Implement authentication/authorization using OAuth2/OIDC and RBAC with strict data encryption and security measures.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Stay informed of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and engineering techniques, proposing process improvements.

Core Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related disciplines.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant development experience, preferably in manufacturing or product engineering domains.
• Strong background in full stack development including backend (.NET Core, Python) and frontend (React, Ionic) technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-native development practices including the use of vector databases, RAG patterns, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing, consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in unit and automated testing, and following coding standards.
• Comfortable working in agile team environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills for complex multi-layer technical challenges.

Technical Skills

• Backend development using Python, .NET Core (ver. 5, 6, 8+), C# with REST API creation.
• Frontend web technologies including React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hybrid mobile app development with Ionic framework.
• Use of AI-assisted coding tools and integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Working with SQL Server or Azure SQL databases; experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework Core.
• Cloud platforms knowledge, preferably Azure; familiarity with AWS or GCP; experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API design, along with observability and logging basics.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering or AI feature fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of IoT applications or device data integration.
• Understanding containerization with Docker and basic infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Working knowledge of Angular framework is advantageous.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Business Systems, or Information Technology.

Location and Work Setup

Position is located in Pune, India (Kharadi area) requiring onsite work presence.
