Role Overview

LumenCeler Group is seeking a seasoned Full Desk Recruiter to join its expanding team. This remote role is open only to candidates located in California, Arizona, or Texas. The position is designed for a recruiter who wants the independence to develop a personal desk, operate across different industry segments, and benefit from a commission model with no cap on earnings.

The recruiter will partner closely with senior leadership while having the freedom, tools, and backing needed to grow a thriving recruiting business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating new client connections and identifying fresh business opportunities
• Owning the recruiting process end to end, from sourcing business to closing placements
• Finding, screening, interviewing, and submitting strong candidate profiles
• Maintaining durable relationships with both clients and job seekers
• Handling fee discussions, offer negotiations, and employment terms
• Juggling several active searches at once across multiple industries and job functions
• Working with senior team members on recruiting strategy and growth-focused initiatives

What We Need From You

• At least 4 years of experience in agency recruiting
• Demonstrated success managing full desk recruiting, including business development and candidate placements
• A strong history of producing revenue and cultivating client partnerships
• Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• A builder's mindset with the drive to grow and expand a personal book of business
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to perform effectively in a fully remote setup
• Comfort working through competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Compensation Structure
