Role Overview
As a Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter, you will lead the entire recruitment process aimed at attracting and hiring top-tier sales professionals who drive company growth. This role moves beyond basic HR coordination to proactively sourcing, engaging, and motivating outstanding candidates to join the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Develop and sustain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Perform phone screens and structured interviews to evaluate candidate capabilities.
- Manage multiple active requisitions efficiently while preserving recruitment quality and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to uphold consistent hiring standards.
- Accurately document recruitment activity and metrics in ATS.
- Enhance recruitment effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and active improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Competent with ATS software and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interviewing capabilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
