Job description

Role overview

  • Oversee the daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking processes, including tracking sheets and PC Optimum procedures.

Customer service

  • Ensure employees maintain a professional appearance that meets the uniform policy.
  • Respond to customer questions about product locations, rainchecks, and related store information.
  • Handle customer concerns and service issues such as refunds and exchanges within established guidelines.
  • Encourage participation in the CSI Survey.

Merchandising

  • Perform clerical and banking tasks when needed.
  • Follow all store and loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Carry out additional duties as required, including cashier work when necessary.

Qualifications and experience

The role calls for sound judgment, planning ability, and decision-making skills. Independent thinking is important for organizing the store effectively, and strong problem-solving skills are needed to support customer satisfaction. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, well organized, efficient with time management, and familiar with products and supplies.

Additional information

Each store is run by an Associate-Owner, so you will be employed by a local business owner with the backing of a national brand. The workplace offers a purchase discount program, flexible and varied schedules, competitive pay, and online learning through Academy. The company values diversity and aims to reflect the communities it serves. Accommodation is available on request for applicants and colleagues with disabilities. Compliance with laws and the company Code of Conduct is expected. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The employer also uses artificial intelligence to help screen, assess, and/or select applicants for this role.

Compensation
