Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on welcoming guests, overseeing front desk operations, and collaborating with various departments to provide excellent service and ensure smooth daily functions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly receive and register guests, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, while supporting general front desk activities.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, reservations, questions, and cancellations with professionalism and promptness.
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized throughout working hours.
- Accurately document bookings, payment transactions, and any guest communications.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns swiftly, escalating issues to higher management when required.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date information on hotel services, nearby tourist spots, and travel options to assist visitors effectively.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, protocols, and service quality standards.
- Monitor and report on front desk inventory levels to management to avoid shortages.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 18000 and 28000 INR.
