Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front desk activities, maintaining oversight of lobby dynamics.
• Provide individualized guest care ensuring an excellent welcome and departure experience.
• Manage staff during shifts, acting as a point of contact for colleagues.
• Ensure accurate financial processing and billing.
• Support housekeeping and service departments through effective communication and collaboration.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Flexible availability to cover early, middle, and late shifts.
• Familiarity with Marriott systems and operational standards is advantageous.
• Enthusiastically lead shifts to ensure guests start their day positively.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and resolve issues decisively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
