Job Overview
This role involves managing guest services at a hotel within the hospitality sector. The primary responsibilities include welcoming and registering guests, managing room assignments and reservations, and providing comprehensive information about hotel amenities and local attractions. The position demands adherence to safety protocols and efficient communication to ensure guest satisfaction.
Core Duties
- Register and assign rooms to incoming guests
- Coordinate arrivals and departures for groups
- Handle room booking changes and cancellations
- Inform guests about hotel services and facilities
- Offer guidance on nearby points of interest
- Manage check-out procedures, including calculating charges and processing payments
- Keep an updated inventory of room availability and assignments
- Comply with emergency and safety guidelines
- Answer phone calls and direct messages appropriately
- Assist guests with special requirements
- Arrange wake-up calls for customers
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently

Qualifications
- Completion of secondary (high) school
