• Establish and maintain consistent talent pipelines to address immediate and future hiring demands.
• Perform market mapping and detailed talent research to spot relevant candidate profiles and recruitment trends.
• Evaluate candidates' availability, motivation, and interest prior to submission.
• Secure valid Right to Represent authorizations before forwarding candidates.
• Ensure sourcing records are accurate and comprehensive with proper documentation of candidate details.
• Submit qualified candidates through the designated partner portal.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and job alignment.
• Facilitate ongoing communications with candidates and assist in arranging interviews when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven proactive recruitment expertise with demonstrated strong sourcing skills and genuine enthusiasm for identifying top talent.
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple industries.
• Mastery of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar talent sourcing tools.
• Ability to quickly recognize high-caliber candidates and evaluate their fit for open positions.
• Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
• Prior roles such as Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, Internet Research Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Technical Sourcer are advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail with capability to maintain precise candidate records.
• Competence to work autonomously in a remote freelance framework.
• Sound understanding of candidate engagement and best hiring practices.
