Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing methods including platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional communities to find both active and passive candidates.
• Maintain and develop talent pipelines to accommodate immediate and future hiring needs.
• Perform market mapping and in-depth talent research to pinpoint suitable profiles and recognize industry hiring trends.
• Assess candidates' availability, motivation, and compatibility before presenting them for roles.
• Secure Right to Represent (RTR) confirmation before candidate submission.
• Keep precise sourcing documentation and ensure candidate data is accurately recorded.
• Submit eligible candidates via the partner's submission portal.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings focused on their technical fit and alignment with job criteria.
• Manage ongoing communication with candidates and assist with interview scheduling as required.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates across various industries.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing strategies.
• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing platforms.
• Strong capability to identify high-quality candidates and evaluate their suitability efficiently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous roles such as Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, Internet Research Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Technical Sourcer considered an advantage.
• Close attention to detail with the ability to maintain thorough candidate records.
• Self-driven and capable of managing work independently in a remote freelance setup.
• Deep understanding of candidate engagement methods and recruitment best practices.
