Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for an Associate Recruiter supporting a client’s hiring needs remotely. The work centers on finding, evaluating, and engaging talent for open roles across global technology and marketing teams. The position is important for maintaining fast hiring cycles and helping the business scale with the right people.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach suitable candidates for open roles across different regions using job boards, social media platforms, and existing professional networks.
- Review resumes and carry out early-stage phone or video interviews to gauge experience, suitability for the role, and salary expectations.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and keep communication clear and timely throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring stakeholders to improve job briefs, posting content, and candidate selection criteria as hiring needs change.
- Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems and monitor each stage of the recruitment funnel.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in technology or marketing settings.
- Practical experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting.
- Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and job boards for candidate discovery and outreach.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers across cultures and time zones.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
