Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee a complex, high-demand tobacco and tobacco-adjacent brand design account. This contract role is hybrid, requiring presence in the Bishopsgate office in London three days a week for a three-month period starting around 27th July 2026. The manager will juggle multiple projects, engage with stakeholders to clarify objectives, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management and coordination of multiple projects related to a major tobacco and adjacent sector account.
• Engage with stakeholders to interpret objectives and translate these into actionable project plans and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with external vendors to plan, budget, and execute projects effectively.
• Maintain strict control over project schedules and budgets while leading the team with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Adhere to established processes, keep timelines on track, and address potential risks early.
• Support Project Directors through client reporting and resource management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Expertise in project management with robust financial and organizational skills.
• Previous experience managing brand design projects at an agency, specifically including packaging design.
• Demonstrated familiarity with tobacco and tobacco-adjacent brand design projects.
• Strong understanding of design, creative, and production workflows.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to providing solutions.
• Desirable: Experience using Float, Smartsheets, or Screendragon project management tools.
