Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and independent freelancer to support us over the next 6 months by bringing our learning content to life both didactically and visually.

Key Details

• Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
• Contract duration: Project-based for 6 months
• Location: Fully remote with close digital collaboration
• Workload: Minimum 25-30 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, modern, and varied e-learning and microlearning content tailored to the target audience.
• Manage and update the learning management system (LMS) by integrating newly created materials and constructing engaging learning paths for teams.
• Ensure that digital training materials meet high standards of didactic quality and visual appeal.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Familiarity with the LMS Docebo and/or the interactive content creation tool Genially is highly desirable; proficiency in both is ideal.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into enjoyable and memorable learning experiences.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects in an organized and responsible manner.
