Role overview
This contract opportunity is for a freelance graphic designer to create visual concepts and presentation materials for a commercial architectural development in Australia. The project covers two blocks of five-storey suites arranged around a covered courtyard and is currently in the planning and research stage. The designer will help shape how the project is visually communicated for client presentations and stakeholder discussions.
The assignment is fully remote and may lead to additional work depending on performance and overall fit.
Key deliverables
- Develop persuasive visual concepts and presentation graphics for the architectural brief.
- Produce polished renderings, diagrams, and other visual assets that clearly express design intent.
- Work with the project team to review, refine, and improve visual materials.
- Prepare graphics that are ready for use in client and stakeholder meetings.
- Supply digital files in the required formats and make sure all outputs align with project specifications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in graphic design for architectural or real estate-related projects.
- A strong portfolio featuring relevant visual concepts and presentation graphics.
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with architectural visualization tools.
- Capability to read architectural drawings and turn them into engaging visuals.
- Clear communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Availability to collaborate remotely and meet project deadlines reliably.
- Comfort working independently and responding to feedback in a constructive way.
