Freelance Graphic Designer

Overview

The Focus Agency Group is looking for an experienced freelance graphic designer to provide temporary cover for the creative team in Feering, England. This role offers the chance to contribute to a range of housing and property brands, producing polished creative work for both print and digital media.

What you'll do

• Develop ideas from concept through to final execution across brand, campaign, and digital work
• Turn creative briefs into compelling visual solutions and high-quality finished assets
• Design brand identities, visual guidelines, brochures, signage, social content, and marketing collateral
• Maintain a consistent standard and look across all brand applications
• Showcase your work and adapt based on feedback
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and client-facing teams
• Provide guidance and encouragement to junior colleagues when needed
• Apply knowledge of housing and property audiences, including relevant market trends

What we're looking for

• Background in a creative agency or a busy in-house design environment
• A strong portfolio showing capability in branding, layout, digital design, and typography
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Clear communication skills and strong time management
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure
• A blend of creative thinking and commercial judgement
• Prior exposure to the housing or property sector is a plus

Terms

This is a freelance / temporary contract. The rate is negotiable. The company is seeking someone who can start quickly and make an immediate contribution during the summer cover period.
