In this position, you will work alongside Tendem Agents that take care of repetitive tasks, while you add the judgment, subject knowledge, and formatting expertise needed to convert rough ideas into refined, professional visuals.
This is a part-time remote freelance opportunity suited to creative professionals with practical experience in visual communication, page layout, and the production of varied marketing assets.

Core responsibilities
- Create tidy, well-structured layouts and modern infographics that improve readability and visual flow.
- Develop reusable, attention-grabbing templates for different social media platforms, along with effective one-pager designs.

- Turn raw concepts and data into polished visual assets that support marketing and communication objectives.
- Check design work carefully before delivery to maintain alignment, color consistency, and overall layout quality.
Important application note
Please submit your CV in English and make sure it includes a portfolio link with examples of your work. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.

How you will get started
After applying, you will complete a qualification process. If selected, you may contribute to projects that match your skills and work independently on your own schedule.
