Freelance Design Manager

Overview

An immediate freelance opportunity is open for a design manager to join a major new-build construction project in central Leeds. The assignment begins as a 4-month contract and may be extended further. The project is already underway on site.

Role Environment

This is a site-based position where you will work closely with the delivery team on a day-to-day basis and provide updates to the design director.

Key Focus Areas

As one of three design management specialists on the delivery team, you will be expected to contribute technical support, manage building control-related matters, and help coordinate the design process.
