Job description

Role overview

In this internship, you will support Coca-Cola’s franchise operations by helping coordinate work across the System Network, keeping business activity aligned, and contributing to commercial performance across multiple territories.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day coordination with bottlers, the wider system network, and business partners.
  • Help put brand and commercial plans into action so the business can grow and strengthen market share.
  • Work alongside system teams such as FLA, Commercial Development, RGM, Shopper, and Channel teams to improve distribution and marketing execution.
  • Review business results and spot areas where performance can be improved.
  • Assist in creating tools, documents, and programs that help system teams operate more effectively.
  • Contribute to strategic work aimed at supporting both immediate and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • You should be an undergraduate student, a bachelor’s degree candidate, or a master’s student nearing completion in Business Administration, Management, or a related subject.
  • You must have legal permission to work in Germany, as visa sponsorship is not available.
  • You need to be able to begin on 1 October 2026 and commit to 37.5 hours per week for a 12-month internship.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required; German is considered an advantage.
  • You should be enthusiastic about Coca-Cola, its brands, and its values, and be curious, adaptable, creative, and motivated to learn and contribute in a high-performing, diverse environment.
  • You need to be collaborative, inclusive, team-oriented, and comfortable building strong working relationships.
  • A basic understanding of Coca-Cola’s franchise system and business operations is helpful.
  • Strong leadership, project management, analytical ability, stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are important.

Location and other details

This role is based in Berlin, Germany, with travel expected to be between 0% and 25%. Relocation support is not provided.
