About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the first commercial hire at a YC-backed startup focused on AI browser workforce solutions. You will be instrumental in scaling early product traction into a robust enterprise sales operation. This role involves strategic go-to-market experimentation and hands-on execution, working closely with the founding technical team. The company is developing AI agents that are already processing thousands of daily healthcare tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the entire enterprise sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing six-figure contracts with healthcare operations leaders.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive outbound sales engine, conducting experiments to identify ideal customer profiles and refine repeatable go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the engineering team to translate intricate customer challenges into actionable product features and agent functionalities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a founder or the initial commercial hire in a seed-stage startup, with a track record of building go-to-market strategies from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with both technical and economic buyers to close substantial deals involving APIs, webhooks, and automation technologies.
  • A strong understanding of AI, with extensive use of AI productivity tools and the ability to articulate concepts related to browser automation and LLM agent implementation.
