RealStudio is looking for a full-time Founders Associate to work closely with the management team in Germany. The company currently has a team of 25 and is expanding quickly. This role sits directly next to the founder and is designed for someone who enjoys broad responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and hands-on work across multiple areas.

Mission

The company aims to build the leading boutique social content agency for market leaders and scale-ups across the DACH region.

Your Role

In this position, you will act as the founder’s right hand. You will step in wherever support is needed, whether that means improving processes, strengthening client relationships, driving new initiatives, or coordinating the team. The work is varied and fast-moving, which makes the role highly dynamic.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder on both strategic and day-to-day projects.
• Take ownership of important initiatives across different parts of the business.
• Design, refine, and document internal workflows that help the company scale efficiently.
• Keep communication aligned between teams and help ensure projects stay on track.
• Research opportunities and prepare input for strategic decisions related to new business areas and partnerships.

Requirements

• Background or hands-on experience in marketing or eCommerce.
• Strong communication skills and a confident personality.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional approach when dealing with people.
• Full-time availability.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative.
