About the role
RealStudio works as a growth partner for more than 100 major German B2C brands, including AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt, and Smilodox. The company is currently looking for a Creative Strategist to shape creative concepts across the full creative cycle and play an active part in developing the brand further.
This position can be performed remotely. You can also expect flexible working hours and an attractive compensation package.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative process for leading brands across the DACH region.
- Develop scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with the founders on creative direction and execution.
- Review performance metrics and continuously improve assets based on results.
- Contribute to a top 1% creative training program valued at more than €100,000.
Requirements
- Proven background in creative strategy, ideally gained in an agency or brand setting.
- Strong awareness of social media trends and top-performing content formats.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong instinct for understanding people.
- Full-time availability and the motivation to go the extra mile.
