Epic Sports VC invites driven individuals to become a Founder in Residence, building a new venture aimed at Lifetime Athletes. The company delivers the foundational elements including the strategic thesis, domain knowledge, audience, funding, and operational framework, while seeking passionate leaders to accelerate growth and innovation to establish a market-leading business.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidates embody four essential qualities:
- Lifetime Athlete: Deeply engaged in sports through competition, training, or coaching, possessing intimate understanding of athlete needs and perspectives.
- Builder DNA: Proven track record of launching a company, product, or community with nimble execution and attention to detail.
- Owner Mindset: Motivated by equity ownership rather than salary, prepared to lead the venture as if it were their own.
- Studio Native: Prefers building upon an established thesis and domain expertise to leverage prior groundwork over starting from zero.
