Role Summary

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely on a full-time basis, focusing on deploying and integrating AI solutions with enterprise clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. This role requires close coordination with cross-disciplinary teams to solve technical challenges encountered in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure AI models and infrastructure tailored to enterprise clients ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to reduce downtime and guarantee system stability.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to obtain and integrate feedback, enhancing solutions according to customer requirements.
Document deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
Offer technical leadership through customer training, sharing best practices, and proactive support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in deployment and scaling of AI and ML models within production settings.
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex technical problems.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines is advantageous.
Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
