Speducci Mercatto is hiring a Food Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and support a smooth, well-organized retail environment.
Language

Education
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years is required.
Experience
Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, and less than 2 years, in a relevant setting.
Work Location
This position is fully on site in North York, Ontario. Work must be performed at the physical workplace, with no remote option.
Key Duties
- Direct sales staff and allocate daily work assignments.
- Recruit team members and coordinate their training.
- Place merchandise orders as needed.
- Create staff schedules and manage work rotations.
- Compile reports covering sales results, merchandising activity, and personnel matters.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, requests, and stock shortages.
- Oversee inventory organization and upkeep.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of store employees.
