Role Overview

This role offers an excellent chance for recent graduates or early-career professionals aiming to gain hands-on experience in food operations, retail analytics, merchandising, and marketing within a rapidly expanding company. The position involves supporting the daily management and expansion of workplace food services.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operations and management teams to enhance product performance, customer engagement, and the growth of client sites. This is primarily an office-based role located in Dunshaughlin, County Meath, with occasional travel to UK customer locations as the role advances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning stock replenishment and managing food orders.
  • Monitor stock availability and evaluate product performance.
  • Help reduce waste and improve stock efficiency.
  • Support the launch of new food items and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate food and retail activities across various client locations.
  • Analyze sales and usage data from smart fridges and micro markets.
  • Identify high-performing sites and potential growth opportunities.
  • Track trends in products and customer purchase behaviors.
  • Generate reports and insights to assist business decision-making.
  • Support the planning of product mix and promotions.
  • Assist with in-site promotions and marketing efforts.
  • Create simple digital and printed marketing materials.
  • Support visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Maintain accuracy of product information, pricing, and promotional content.
  • Enhance customer engagement within workplace food areas.
  • Help with product setup and presentation.
  • Design basic graphics using tools such as Canva.
  • Assist with branding and promotional activities for new product lines.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized and proactive with good initiative.
  • Commercially minded with an analytical approach and attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Genuine interest in food, retail, and consumer trends.
  • Comfortable and confident using digital tools and data analysis.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, Food Business, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Preferred 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, foodservice, merchandising, or marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong graduates with relevant internships, placements, or part-time roles will also be considered.
