Role overview

Sodexo is hiring a Food Lead Worker for the Georgia College site in Milledgeville, Georgia. This full-time, on-site position supports food service operations, helps keep the work area safe, and contributes to a positive customer experience through attentive service and food preparation.

Schedule and pay

Shifts and working days will vary, and open availability is preferred. Interview discussions will cover the detailed schedule. The pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

What you will do

In this position, you will assist with preparing and serving menu items, support daily food service activity, and help maintain safety and quality standards across the facility. You may be assigned to different food service areas on client premises and will work under on-site management or supervisory leadership.

You will also help coordinate the work of other food service employees, carry out regular duties alongside supervisory responsibilities, and support customer satisfaction by addressing quality concerns, service issues, and basic problem resolution.

Additional tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the business and the client site. Reliable attendance and punctuality are important for this role.
