Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton in Dubai, you will help create memorable dining moments by delivering attentive, friendly service and a warm guest experience. This role is centered on hospitality, efficiency, and maintaining high standards in every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a positive, approachable manner and look for opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Build strong menu knowledge, including dishes, promotions, and specials, so you can confidently answer guest questions and guide choices.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and ensure completed orders are delivered quickly and correctly.
• Keep the food service area stocked, tidy, and well organized throughout service.
• Follow all required health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness rules to protect guests and team members.
