Food & Beverage Supervisor

Role Overview

Grand Hotel Malahide is looking for an experienced, guest-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join its 4-star hospitality team. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys leading a service team, maintaining high standards, and creating an excellent experience for every guest. The role sits within the F&B team at the hotel, which is owned by FBD Hotels & Resorts.

The ideal person will already have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a busy 4-star or 5-star hotel, or in a restaurant with a strong focus on quality. A genuine commitment to service, customer care, standards, and team leadership is important for success in this position.

Key Duties

• Support the planning, coordination, and smooth running of food and beverage service in line with hotel standards.
• Make sure every team member is trained on and understands the standard operating procedures used across F&B outlets.
• Help the Restaurant and Bar Management teams with staff rotas and annual leave requests.
• Oversee that opening and closing routines are completed according to SOPs.
• Maintain clean, presentable, and well-organised service areas.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities fairly and appropriately across the F&B team.
• Ensure service preparation is finished before each service period begins.
• Deliver excellent guest care at all times and communicate the hotel’s services clearly to visitors.
