Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to join the team in Broome, Western Australia. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who can guide a team, strengthen operations, and help deliver memorable dining experiences in one of WA’s standout destinations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the smooth running of food and beverage service across several venues.
• Support commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and careful cost management.
• Work closely with department leaders to shape high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Advise on service processes and keep up with current hospitality practices and trends.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a positive and motivated workplace.
• Help ensure guests receive an elevated experience and consistently strong service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in venue, restaurant, or hotel management.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
• A practical, people-focused leader with a friendly and approachable style.
• Excellent ability to manage teams and encourage collaboration.
• Comfort working under pressure while staying professional and composed.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Well-groomed presentation and a genuine drive to create standout guest experiences.

Compensation and Growth
