Job description
Overview
For our Berlin stores, we are looking for a florist in part-time employment starting immediately. The available locations are Hohenschönhausen, Lichterfelde, Charlottenburg, Neukölln, and Marzahn. The employer is a retail company focused on flowers, plants, vases, and other natural products, with a large store network and an online shop.
What you will do
- Create customized bouquets for customers.
- Advise customers professionally and help them choose products they like.
- Maintain the product range, present it attractively, and restock merchandise.
- Handle cashier duties and complete checkout tasks.
What you should bring
- Completed vocational training as a florist or gardener.
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written, at least B2 level.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early shifts, and late shifts, for example from 6:00 a.m. or until 8:00 p.m.
- Enjoyment in creative work with flowers and plants.
- Comfort with physically active and practical hands-on work.
- Strong interest in sales and a friendly approach when dealing with flowers and plants.
