Job Responsibilities

• Create customized flower arrangements for customers.
• Provide expert advice and recommend favorite products to clients.
• Maintain and attractively present product assortments, including stocking merchandise.
• Take charge of cashier duties and ensure smooth sales transactions.

Job Requirements

• Completed professional training as a florist or gardener.
• Strong proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) in both spoken and written forms.
• Willingness to work flexibly on weekends, holidays, and during early or late shifts (starting as early as 6 AM or until 8 PM).
• Passion for creative flower and plant management.
• Enjoyment of physically active and hands-on work.
• Enthusiasm for sales and working with flowers and plants.
