About the Role
TouchPoint Support Services is looking to add full-time and part-time Floor Technicians in Evansville, Indiana. The role is based at Ascension St Vincent, 3700 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN 47750. Applications are accepted online only.
Schedule details include full-time and part-time shifts, with days and hours that can change. Rotating weekends are required, and additional information will be shared during the interview.
The position offers a fixed hourly wage of $16.00.

Job Summary
The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining, restoring, and operating industrial floor care equipment to keep floor surfaces clean, safe, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out hard-floor care using correct methods such as stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
- Use a range of industrial floor cleaning machines and equipment.
- Operate automated machinery to clean large floor areas efficiently.
- Clean carpets and upholstery using methods such as shampooing, damp extraction, spot treatment, and vacuuming.
- Complete maintenance and restoration work across different flooring materials.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Experience in floor care or a similar position is preferred.
- Working knowledge of floor care tools, equipment, and techniques is required.
- Ability to follow safety procedures consistently.
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
