Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficient operations throughout each shift.
• Assist management in upholding and enhancing the quality of guest services.
• Direct, evaluate, and support housekeeping staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
• Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and resupply of amenities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within both guest bathrooms and corridors.
• Arrange and handle guest belongings responsibly during cleaning procedures.
• Uphold and monitor quality assurance protocols continuously.
• Submit reports for maintenance issues promptly to relevant teams.
• Deliver professional assistance to guests, responding to inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• A keen interest in the hospitality industry, demonstrating pride in service provision.
