About Le Café LPM
Le Café LPM is designed as a neighbourhood café for contemporary city life, blending the spirit of the French Riviera with an easy everyday dining experience. The concept focuses on simple, well-executed food and drinks — from properly made croissants to straightforward grilled fish and terrace-style spritzes — without unnecessary complexity.

- Oversee front-of-house operations in coordination with the kitchen and bar to maintain service flow and timing.
- Maintain high standards for mise en place, table presentation, cleanliness, shift preparation, and overall brand execution before service begins.
- Stay calm under pressure, identify solutions quickly, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
