Job description
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Flag Man position in Saudi Arabia with Greenland Group. The role is focused on maintaining safe traffic flow and protecting workers on active road and construction sites.
Key Duties
- Direct vehicle movement through work zones using stop/slow paddles or bright flags so traffic can pass safely around road repair areas.
- Support the safe movement and parking of cranes, heavy trucks, and other large equipment on active sites.
- Alert motorists in advance about hazards, work activity, or personnel present near the roadway.
- Serve as a visible safety point to help keep vehicles separated from construction crews and pedestrians.
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 2 to 6 years.
- Knowledge of road construction environments and traffic control practices.
- Awareness of construction safety, road safety, and traffic enforcement procedures.
- Ability to assist with emergency vehicle operations and general site support tasks.
