Job description
Role Overview
The position involves the installation, assembly, upkeep, and repair of various mechanical machinery and equipment. It requires the ability to understand and utilize engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, and equipment manuals for accurate work execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute fitting tasks including cutting, drilling, grinding, and aligning mechanical parts.
- Assemble and dismantle machinery elements such as pumps, valves, pipelines, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect equipment for issues such as wear, damage, leaks, vibrations, and irregular functioning.
- Operate hand and power tools effectively, including spanners, grinders, drills, torque wrenches, and precision measuring devices.
Remuneration
Monthly compensation ranges between 16000 and 22000 INR.
