Role Overview
McSport is hiring a practical, experienced Gym Installer to join its team in County Dublin, Ireland. This is a Monday-to-Friday role that offers the opportunity to work with a respected market leader serving a wide range of clients. Experience in gym installation is helpful but not essential, and a DIY background is considered an advantage.
Key Duties
- Fit and assemble sports and fitness equipment in both private residences and commercial gym settings.
- Use company vans provided for nationwide installation work.
- Work safely at height when required.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
- Record completed installation work accurately in Workpal.
- Coordinate with the installation scheduler to plan and organise jobs.
- Carry out other duties that reasonably fit the purpose of the role, as needed.
Requirements
- Prior installation experience is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
- A practical, hands-on approach and confidence with DIY tasks will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive service experience.
- Full valid driving licence is required.
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English.
- Training will be provided.
