About The Exercise Coach
The Exercise Coach is a cutting-edge fitness studio emphasizing safe, efficient workouts using proprietary Exerbotics® technology. Our client base spans all ages but focuses on individuals over 50, providing personalized strength, mobility, and wellness programs in just two 20-minute sessions weekly.
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Fitness Coach to deliver tailored strength training sessions using our unique equipment. No previous fitness experience is mandatory; enthusiasm for health, willingness to learn, and a positive demeanor are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions utilizing Exerbotics® machinery.
- Perform initial client assessments and consultations to establish fitness goals.
- Monitor client safety, form, and progress meticulously throughout sessions.
- Provide ongoing education and motivation regarding fitness and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Track client results through advanced technology and maintain detailed records.
- Foster enduring client relationships, ensuring consistent attendance and progress.
- Assist with generating leads, conducting studio tours, and managing trial sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workout environment.
- Accurately document all client interactions and data within the CRM system.
Qualifications and Attributes
- High energy level, positive outlook, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with clients on a personal level.
- Open to learning new methods and adapting in a dynamic environment.
- CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related disciplines, though this is not mandatory.
