Fit-Out Inspector

Role Overview

We are seeking a Fit-Out Inspector based in Dubai to join a facilities management company specializing in residential properties and commercial fit-outs. The position entails conducting thorough technical site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical inspections adhering to the guidelines set by DMCC, DCD, DM, and other relevant authorities.
• Examine approved architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), structural, and fire & life safety drawings to verify on-site work compliance.
• Collaborate with Fit-Out Coordinators, Building Management, and contractors to facilitate seamless project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop detailed inspection reports inclusive of photographic evidence, observations, and compliance assessments.
• Perform random spot checks to maintain standards throughout the fit-out process.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of retail and food & beverage (F&B) fit-out requirements in inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Environmental, or Architecture preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or industrial environments, particularly in operations, maintenance, or safety roles.
• Certifications like NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) and IOSH Managing Safely are highly advantageous.

Additional Details

• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• The role demands prior experience within a developer or master developer setting.
• Salary is fixed at 12,000 AED per month with no flexibility.
