Main Responsibilities

  • Generate financial analyses, assemble reporting packages, and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Assist with managing capital-related transactions, treasury operations, and overseeing movement of cash.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements.
  • Support audit and tax-related activities and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with both internal teams and external service providers to ensure precise and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage responses to requests for financial information internally and externally.
  • Assist with accounting procedures, account reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records.
  • Engage in process improvement efforts, special projects, and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.
  • Between 1 to 3 years of experience working at a Big 4 public accounting firm, particularly in audit or tax divisions.
  • CPA designation is preferred, or candidates actively pursuing CPA certification will be considered.
  • Prior exposure to investment management, financial services, alternative investments, or similarly complex financial settings is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
