Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Finance Analyst II to join our high-impact Finance team. This role partners closely with senior revenue leaders, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Finance leadership, delivering advanced analytics and financial insight to guide strategic business decisions. You will develop revenue forecasts, identify performance trends, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize P&L outcomes within a dynamic digital advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue tracking and performance for key sales segments.
  • Create advanced financial models to generate actionable insights and enhance revenue forecasts.
  • Employ AI-driven tools for data automation, trend identification, and forecast accuracy improvements.
  • Produce comprehensive financial reports for senior executives and sales leadership.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor key metrics and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist strategic initiatives with advertiser partnerships and agency programs.
  • Conduct specialized financial analyses leveraging your modeling expertise as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or comparable experience of at least 3 years in Sales Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or related quantitative roles.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling and dashboard creation.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities, with proficiency in tools such as Google Slides.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience or interest in AI-based financial tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Tableau AI, Google Cloud AI) to streamline analysis and reporting is a plus.

Additional Information

  • This position requires in-person collaboration 1-2 times monthly and candidates must reside within commuting distance to one of our offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
  • No relocation assistance is provided for this position.
  • Applicants must be US-based.

Compensation and Equity

The base salary range is $81,921 to $168,660 USD annually, with potential eligibility for equity. Final offers will consider location, experience, and specific skills.
