Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Open to entry-level or junior applicants.
• Possess 0 to over 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, business analysis, or similar fields, including internships.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in financial modeling techniques.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of financial reporting software, ERP, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with effective organizational capabilities.
• Skilled communicator both in writing and speaking.
• Capable of presenting financial insights to both technical and general audiences.
• Fluent in English language.
• Residency in Germany and legal eligibility for full-time work.
• Ability to work effectively in a completely remote setup.
