We are looking for a Financial Analyst to manage R&D program expenses from budgeting to performance tracking. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, product leaders, and accounting teams to provide financial and strategic insights for decision-making and cost optimization. You will perform comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing the R&D budgeting process, tracking financial performance against forecasts, and delivering timely insights through financial reporting. You will also be instrumental in developing scalable processes aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
